One week at work. Good stuff. Enjoying work, taking much advantage of free lunch. Free dinner... will be explained.

So my package containing my info and rent deposit was sent two day Expresspost via Canada Post, and they sent it along it's merry way - until it entered the great unknown called the United States of America. Where it mysteriously disappeared, only to reappear at my landlord's last Saturday, mere hours before I did. Thank god it DID reappear, although that could have been handled. So, while I can move in tomorrow - an e-mail will be sent out containing contact info next week, when I live there and have a phone and possibly even internet - I have been living at my Aunt's in San Francisco. This necessitates a two hour commute to work on three different public transportation providers, SF Municipal Rail (only their bus system), Caltrain, and Santa Clara VTA. I like the train ride, although I'm not a fan of how long it takes - and yet it's time for me to relax, so I am. Weird. Of course, this two hour commute means I leave here before 7 to make it home before 9. Thus I tend to miss dinner here.

But tomorrow I move in to my new place. And next week my walk to work should take twenty minutes, tops. If only there were multiple Tim Hortons on the way. And there's still a long weekend, although I don't have too much money right now. But that'll be rectified next week. Money solves everything. Everything that is solved by money, anyways.

And if you want an XL Google men's t-shirt, lemme know and I can hook you up.
