Wherein I Learn the Ways of Things

Desperate Housewives - no stupidity on the part of the nominations committee for considering it a comedy, nor dirty tricks from the House of Mouse; rather, ABC played by the rules to submit it as a comedy. So: they want both of their shows to get their Emmys, and Lost is in no way, shape or form a comedy - thus, Desperate Housewives is shoved in a category it doesn't belong, and the sheer bizarreness of the move requires rebuttal from the producers.
